Job Description

Build, Scale & Operate Leading DTC Brands alongside A-Players

Maneuver Marketing

Our Vision, Mission & Success are fuelled by our commitment to be a driving force of positive change to the health of everyday consumers, providing conscious, high-quality & innovative supplement products.

In just 5 years, we kicked off our own DTC Health & Wellness brand from scratch and scaled it to USD$100M+ in annual sales, serving more than 3,000,000 customers worldwide with an average of 4,000 daily orders across 9 SKUs.

These results caught the attention of The Financial Times, as they ranked us among APACs top High-Growth Companies. We have also been awarded 2nd place on the E50 Awards, jointly organised by The Business Times and KPMG in Singapore.

This is just the beginning of our journey, and you could be part of the next stage of our growth!

Your Next Role

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Master Editor to lead post-production across two high-output video teams. Spanning across a wide range of paid ad/organic output: Direct response VSLs, UGC, influencer content, and branded storytelling.

You’ll manage and mentor a team of editors while overseeing outputs from video producers and product growth teams. You’ll build and scale post-production ad output systems/briefs that drive quality, speed, and compliance while empowering your team of editors to do the best work of their careers.

What You’ll do

Creative & Editorial Oversight

  • Direct, brief, and bulk QC all video content across long-form and short-form formats

  • Collaborate with scriptwriters and producers to ensure scripts align with available footage and talk editing notes

  • Oversee editing across channels: VSLs, Reels, influencer UGC, testimonials, TikToks, brand ads, and more

  • Manage versioning timelines, final exports, and delivery across marketing and creative teams

Footage Library & Modular Asset System

  • Architect and maintain a centralized footage library for fast, consistent reuse

  • Design and implement a metadata system: tag footage by hook type, product, call-to-action, emotional tone, visual style, content format, performance level, and rights clearance

  • Partner with the script and strategy teams to tag top-performing content and close the loop between performance and creative

  • Lead the onboarding and management of a dedicated footage librarian/editor to support raw asset ingestion, sorting, and basic assembly edits

Performance & Compliance

  • Work closely with Growth and Strategy to understand what edits are driving ROAS, CTR, watch time, etc.

  • Use performance insights to train editors, guide shot prioritization, and influence future scripting

  • Ensure all content meets platform ad policies and regulatory guidelines (FTC, FDA, Meta, TikTok)

  • Review creator/influencer content for compliance, brand tone, and edit polish before publishing

Team 1: Long-Form (VSLs + Repurposed Videos + New Styles)

  • Collaborate with the scriptwriter to plan edit-friendly scripts using archived footage

  • Work with the producer on pre-shoot planning for new VSLs, styles (e.g. collage explainer, stop motion) and footage required

  • Manage and mentor 3 editors to deliver creative that converts—on time, on brand, and within budget

Team 2: Social Video (UGC, Influencer, and In-House Content)

  • Oversee editing of influencer seeding content submitted via the Talent Manager; ensure editorial polish and compliance

  • Review partnership and in-house content edited by the videographer; provide notes or approvals to meet internal standards

  • Align with the 2-in-1 scriptwriter/director for in-house content to streamline footage usage and editing timelines

Workflow, Training & System Design

  • Build scalable naming conventions, review systems (e.g. Frame.io), and file management workflows

  • Own QC checklists, editing SOPs, and export templates across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Lead weekly 1:1s and quarterly growth reviews with the editing team

  • Coach editors in platform-native editing trends, pacing, hooks, and emerging storytelling formats

How You’ll Succeed

Maneuver is driven by OKRs, KPIs & data-driven, we are not just Mad (wo)men, but Math (wo)men. As a result, multiple metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company:

  • Key Objective #1: Exponential Growth In Platform Spend (While Balancing ROAS)

    • We’ve been static heavy for a while and have A LOT to do to bring our video ads to the same scale across platforms. We’ll prioritise Meta and look for different formats to serve TOF, MOF, BOF, Buyers. Sometimes small improvements in execution can lead to significant results. High frequency feedback loops to product marketing teams can quicken the pace of achieving this outcome as well.

  • Key Objective #2: Establish Repeatable, Proven Video Ads Playbook

    • We’d like to quickly establish top performing video concepts based on a proven playbook (whether from our statics or external references) and build from there. This will be a mix of evergreen content, trending and creator led narratives. We like to build fast MVPs and increase production quality over time to reduce risk and increase hit rates

  • Key Objective #3: Scale Nett New Concepts + Variant Variety

    • To prevent complacency & stagnation, we require constant innovation in variant variety & new concept tests. This means close collaboration with script writers, creative strategists, growth strategists and editors to find new ways to revive past performers and look for new ways to prevent “concept” fatigue.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in video post-production, with at least 2 years managing a team

  • Strong editorial instincts, with a deep understanding of both direct response and social storytelling

  • Expert-level Adobe Premiere + intermediate After Effects, with bonus points for Frame.io and Drive-based libraries

  • A builder’s mindset—you think in scalable systems and workflows

  • Performance-aware: you care about what drives conversion, engagement, or scroll-stopping impact

  • Deep familiarity with compliance in wellness/health products (FTC/FDA) or a willingness to learn fast

  • Bonus: Experience working with influencers and raw UGC from varied quality sources

Why This Opportunity Rocks

  • Your work directly drives revenue and creative scale

  • You’ll build systems used by dozens of teammates and contributors across teams

  • You’ll have a say in how the creative engine of a 9-figure brand runs

  • You’ll grow with the company—as a leader, builder, and creative strategist
