In this role, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of AI products by testing outputs, identifying edge cases, and supporting release processes. You'll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to triage bugs, track progress, and keep teams aligned throughout the development lifecycle. The role involves maintaining QA protocols, analyzing feedback for continuous improvement, and supporting day-to-day product operations. As a Member of Technical Staff (Full Stack Engineer), you will:
Evaluate AI product quality by testing outputs, reviewing response accuracy, and identifying edge cases—going beyond traditional bug testing to ensure our AI behaves in expected, useful, and safe ways
Own and execute quality assurance processes across the product lifecycle, from feature validation to regression and release testing
Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to triage bugs, prioritize fixes, and define clear acceptance criteria
Maintain and improve testing protocols, release checklists, and internal QA documentation
Collect, organize, and analyze customer and internal feedback to drive continuous product improvement
Help plan and support product development projects by organizing tasks, tracking progress, preparing documentation, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned
Track project progress across teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, goals, and quality benchmarks

You may be a good fit, if you have:
1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, product operations, project coordination, or a related role
Comfortable using project management tools like Jira, Github issues, or other task/bug tracking platforms (training provided if needed)
Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organization
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers
Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Interest in product quality, feedback loops, and improving how teams work
Strong cross-functional communication and problem solving skills.
The ability to build in a fast-paced environment under some uncertainty.
A kind and collaborative nature and work style.
Bonus: Familiarity with testing tools, product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Posthog), or Agile methodologies. Experience working with user-facing products is also a plus.
