We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Sales Director to join our DACH- team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, identifying, and closing sales opportunities, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market customers across the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
  • Identify growth opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive new business development.
  • Proactively generate your own leads through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct needs analyses, deliver product presentations, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer success.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with the partner ecosystem to increase market penetration.
 
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, CX, or Contact Center solutions.
  • Proven track record in the mid-market segment, particularly with complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in generating and converting self-sourced leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and confident engagement with senior decision-makers.
  • Structured, self-motivated, and results-driven work style.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
