Job Description

Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way you shop for everyday essentials by expanding our on-demand convenience offering. We’re looking for an ODC (On-Demand Convenience) Associate to join our growing team and support the end-to-end management of grocery and convenience partners on our platform. From onboarding new brands and building high-performing digital menus, to training partners for operational excellence and supporting offer activations — this is a multi-faceted, impact-driven role at the heart of our platform.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a strong eye for detail and commercial opportunity.

Main Responsibilities Include:

1. New Partner Onboarding

  • Support the onboarding of new ODC brands, including training partners on Deliveroo’s tools, processes, and best practices.

  • Build and optimize digital menus using high-quality product data and imagery.

  • Develop structured SKU databases for new and existing partners.

2. Existing Partner Operations

  • Monitor operational performance and service quality across the ODC portfolio, taking proactive measures to resolve issues.

  • Support partners in updating their menus, stock levels, and availability of products

  • Own the accuracy and timeliness of menu and stock updates for key partners.

3. Partner Support & Growth

  • Collaborate with partners to activate promotional offers, ensuring optimal visibility on the platform.

  • Manage category organisation and product placement within menus to maximise discoverability and conversion.

  • Act as a key point of contact for partner troubleshooting, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator, confident in working with external partners and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

  • Commercially aware, with an interest in consumer behaviour, merchandising, and food/grocery e-commerce.

  • Comfortable working with data — basic Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential

  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong plus.
