We are currently seeking for an Office Manager to work with our Head of Studio at our Toronto studio. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in film and / or television and special effects is considered an asset. This is a permanent, full-time position. Immediate entry into office. We expect the person to:
- Be able to work with minimal supervision;
- Have exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities according to priorities;
- Have excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills;
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a strong technical knowledge of the Office suite and, more specifically, a intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills (including spelling, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar);
- Be a strong multitasker
