As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of Hive Health-HPPI by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of provider information. You will be responsible for verifying provider details, managing data collection, and maintaining key documentation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations while contributing to a vital aspect of the business. This role offers a chance to learn about provider management processes and healthcare operations, providing valuable experience for those interested in the healthcare industry.
Internship Details
Work Schedule: Preferably Mondays-Fridays from 8 AM - 5 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid (Ortigas office)
Equipment: Must have own laptop and mobile phone
Compensation: Paid internship (fixed rate per hour)
Responsibilities
Contact and engage with provider network (doctors, clinics, and hospitals)
Collect and update provider data on online database
Organize and maintain provider records
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Operations team, including but not limited to accreditation of new providers, stakeholder coordination, and other administrative/operational tasks
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data management tools.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferably can commit to working at least 3 days a week from Mondays-Fridays, from 8 AM - 5 PM for 3 months
