About the Role
As an Operations Intern at HappyRobot, you’ll work closely with our teams to support the systems, processes, and tooling that drive our day-to-day execution. From managing sales data and internal reporting to helping streamline workflows and special projects, you'll play a key role in helping the business scale efficiently.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how an early-stage AI company operates behind the scenes — especially at the intersection of product, sales, and execution.
What You’ll Do
Help build and document internal workflows and automations that keep teams running efficiently.
Assist in internal reporting and dashboards for sales, product usage, and business KPIs
Coordinate and execute operational projects that touch GTM, product, and leadership
Work across teams in SF and Madrid to ensure consistent communication and follow-through
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and tooling (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
