Job Description

Work Details
This is a 6-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, with potential to extend if required by the business.

Contract Work Scope:

  1. Data Reporting & Analysis
    • Compiles data from different sources such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, and other online interfaces to create a report summary. 

    • Prepares graphs, tables, or templates for the presentation of data.   

    • Provides updates on various metrics performance based on analysis. 

    • Supports in preparing data for internal check-ins.

  2. Account Management, Review & Audit 

    • Campaign management and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.  

    • Reviews account setup, platform recommendations, product feeds, campaign settings, and other items to ensure that they are properly set up.  

    • Report findings and apply fixes where possible. 

    • Track and log marketing spend and campaign changes for reporting. 

    • Monitor and regularly update Expense Metric files

  3. Ad Creation and Monitoring 
    • Proposes ad copies for search ads that effectively convey brand messaging. 

    • Request and review translated copy/assets with the Localization team. 

    • Creates and uploads finalized ads on channel platforms. 

    • Implements sales changes as needed.  

    • Responsible for maintaining and updating ad copy feeds for deployment across multiple marketing platforms as required. 

    • Conducts sample searches to ensure ads appear as expected and accurately  

  4. Project Coordination and Documentation 
    • Understands and identifies the different steps of the different processes. 

    • Creates a structured and systematic documentation of processes. 

    • Communicates project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to ensure all team members are aligned and informed. 

  5. Market Understanding and Audience Research 
    • Proactively stays up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and other market developments and cascades them to the team. 
    • Propose marketing tests to better understand audience behavior. 

  6. Work Setup Note

    • This is a remote role for most of the contract period.

    • However, the contractor will be required to attend occasional in-person meetings during peak sales season, typically in October or November, to support team alignment and campaign readiness. These meetings are usually held in Ortigas.

Requirements:

  • At least 2nd year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Experience in digital marketing, especially Paid Social and PPC, is a strong advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus

  • Strong desire to learn and develop new skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines

  • Works well in a team and collaborates effectively

  • Responsive and proactive, with strong communication skills

  • Must have a laptop with the following minimum requirements: 

    • Memory: 8GB or higher

    • Processor: Intel Core i5 processor or higher

    • Storage: 256GB

    • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.

 

 

  • Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 50MBPS.
  • Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed if the primary connection becomes spotty.

Location: The Performance Marketing Analyst (Contract) position is a remote contractual engagement for Balsam Brands. 

Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process. 

Status: This is a contractual, home-based job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of full-time, dedicated work daily, five days a week. Given the role’s contractual nature, there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard, the contract will be effective from August 2025 to February 2026. Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.

Rate: USD 5.61 hourly

Payment Mode: Weekly via Upwork
