Enterprise AI doesn't work without enterprise control. We're hiring a product manager to lead Admin, the set of foundational capabilities that make WRITER trusted and secure at scale. This includes user and team management, access controls, audit logs, billing, data residency, and compliance settings.
But this isn’t just plumbing. Done right, this work becomes a force multiplier — making every feature in WRITER easier to adopt, govern, and scale.
You’ll shape the experience that IT admins love, the foundation that enables decentralized innovation, and the control layer that builds lasting enterprise trust.
You will report to our Director of product
🦸🏻♀️ Your responsibilities
Own the full-stack admin experience across the WRITER platform
Build scalable, intuitive tools for identity management, permissions, billing, and policy controls
Drive UX patterns that balance enterprise-grade control with user autonomy
Partner with legal, IT, and enterprise customers to ensure compliance and scale-readiness
Collaborate closely with other PMs to embed admin controls across all surfaces of WRITER
Define long-term strategy for federated governance, multi-tenant controls, and data localization
⭐️ Is this you?
6+ years experience in enterprise SaaS product management
Experience working on admin or platform-level features (IAM, billing, RBAC, compliance, etc.)
Clear communicator who can synthesize complex technical systems into elegant user-facing experiences
Bonus: Background in enterprise security, B2B infra, or compliance-heavy domains
Bonus: Familiarity with SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, and related frameworks
