At Nooks, we’re building AI-powered pipeline engine that automates busywork so reps can focus on winning. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how we position those tools, communicate our value, and help the market understand what makes them different.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, the Marketing team and our founders to take new features to market, create powerful narratives, support customer-facing teams, and improve adoption across the funnel. This is a hands-on role for a strategic and creative product marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to play a key role in driving growth.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in our San Francisco office, in order to foster a collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
Partner on the go-to-market for key product areas: positioning, messaging, and launch strategy
Develop clear, differentiated narratives that make our platform resonate with sales and SDR leaders
Create high-impact content to support campaigns, enablement, and demand (e.g. one-pagers, decks, landing pages, videos, release notes, competitor battlecards)
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Growth to align roadmap with buyer needs
Drive launches from planning through execution, with clear goals, internal enablement, and external impact
Support customer expansion and adoption by helping users discover more value from the platform
Drive competitive intelligence: track trends, assess positioning, and keep our messaging sharp
Partner with the team on programs that drive more pipeline
About you
4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or equivalent experience
Strong storytelling skills — you can turn technical features into customer-focused value
Experience launching products and driving adoption post-launch
Great at working cross-functionally and building alignment across Product and Sales
Comfortable with fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Naturally curious, outcome-oriented, and excited to wear many hats
Experience marketing to sales audiences (SDRs, sales leaders, RevOps) is a plus
Bonus points for:
Experience with AI, MarTech, or SalesTech
Experience selling or marketing to enterprise sales teams
Prior work in a PLG or hybrid SLG/PLG model
