What will you do?

As Sealed’s Program Manager, you will be the link between Sealed and each program we support.

Specifically, you will:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with utility and government program administrators and their chosen program implementers

  • Be the rebate program expert we rely on to source, document, and communicate program details across Sealed teams

  • Lead the launch of new programs, including project management, cross-functional coordination, and resolving problems along the way

  • Ensure accurate implementation of programs across Sealed departments both at launch and as programs change over time

  • Monitor for and communicate program updates or impactful changes through your program relationships and market research

  • Project manage cross-functional updates or implementations

  • Ultimately, ensure Sealed understands, is connected with, and effectively supports each program for our customers (contractors)

Requirements:

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, both internal and external to the organization

  • Ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Experience creating and presenting high-impact presentations to key partners and decision-makers

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to find group consensus to advance internal program and partnership objectives

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment; resourceful, tenacious, and hands-on

  • Proficient in excel/spreadsheets, word docs, and slides (G-Suite)

Nice to haves:

  • Experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, Consultant, or Account Manager

  • Industry experience (clean energy, utility, hvac)

  • Experience working with government and/or large, regulated industries
