Job Description
As Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading the team and scale our cross-selling program by activating existing customers, converting free 3-month trials into recurring sales of one of our digital products. The mission is to ensure funnel predictability and sustainable revenue growth.
Responsabilities:
- Lead the operation of the free trial program, focusing on activation and conversion;
- Plan, execute, and optimize the trial funnel: acquisition, onboarding, product usage, and sales conversion;
- Work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient journey;
- Monitor KPIs such as number of trials, activation rate, sales conversion, NPS, and engagement;
- Test, learn, and iterate rapidly based on customer data and feedback;
- Communicate results, learnings, and risks to the executive team;
- Create continuous improvement routines based on dashboards and analytics;
- Actively participate in building playbooks, processes, and commercial levers for future expansion.
Qualifications
- Great experience in SaaS companies, marketplaces, or digital operations;
- Previous experience in onboarding, trials, growth, or B2B consultative sales projects;
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive);
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
- Familiarity with analytics and performance monitoring platforms (Amplitude, Power BI, Mixpanel, etc.);
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred;
- Advanced English - you will use it constantly!
