Job Details:
- Address client requests and inquiries associated with the document management system
- Working with large quantities of data to enable general workflows such as data processing, cleaning, and labeling.
- Retrieve reports utilizing Cognos Bi platform and/or Microsoft Excel, evaluate data, and support performance metrics reporting
- Provide on-site support with audits and inspections
- Provide on-site support with document archival related tasks, including quality review
- Support/deliver training for clients for document archival system
- Lead or co-lead projects or initiatives as needed
- Maintain and/or edit team Sharepoint site
- Creating striking visualizations to aid in data interpretation and usage
- Provide comprehensive administrative services to coordinate and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Adhere to “Current Good Manufacturing Practices” (cGMP) regulations and Amgen policies and procedures

Required Skills:
- Must have basic understanding of the cGMPs

- Ability to develop Microsoft Forms Surveys and retrieve data for metrics

- Project management skills utilizing Microsoft Project or SmartSheet

- Professional client engagement skills
- Experience using various software, including:
- Microsoft suite of products: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Microsoft SharePoint and Forms
- Smartsheet Software
- Tableau Software
- Data analysis skills utilizing various data sources (such as Tableau (Preferred))
- Sharepoint site creation/editing skills
Preferred Skills:
- Cognos Bi platform usage utilizing pre-defined report templates
- SmartSheet
- Tableau
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, information management or project management OR
- Associate of Science degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in biotech/GMP environment
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- Data Analysis - 2-3 years of experience
- Attention to detail
- MUST have some GMP background/knowledge.
- Associates Degree at minimum in science background
- Microsoft suite of products: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Forms
