Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team of a US-based creative agency that works with leading brands in the alcoholic beverages (“spirits”) sector. This person will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper planning, execution, and on-time delivery of campaigns and deliverables. The role is fully remote and will involve working with multidisciplinary teams, managing various processes, and reporting directly to the Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and kickoff to final delivery, coordinating with both internal and external teams.
· Ensure smooth and continuous communication between account, creative, production, and other involved departments, guaranteeing alignment and transparency.
· Manage budgets, work plans, timelines, and resources, proactively identifying risks and proposing effective solutions to meet client objectives.
· Use and promote proper usage of tools like Asana (task management) and Harvest (time tracking) to ensure control and efficiency.
· Lead daily stand-up meetings, keep hot sheets up to date, and ensure all team members are aligned and informed.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including project profitability, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
· Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
· Occasionally act as client point of contact when the account team is unavailable.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager within digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
· Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously without requiring onboarding or training.
· Experience working with consumer brands, ideally in the spirits, lifestyle, or CPG sectors.
· Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in tools such as Asana and Harvest.
· Availability to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
· Comfortable in remote environments with high operational demands.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

About the Position:
· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
· The project requires immediate availability and lasts until the end of July, with the possibility of extension.
· Location: 100% Remote. Contrator model.
