Help source beautiful luxury vacation rentals for the acquisitions team! Awesome exposure to real estate! Work from home!

Requirements:

  • Interest in real estate!

  • Speak and write English fluently.

  • Organized with attention to detail

  • Comfortable with multitasking

  • Have your own laptop or desktop

  • Have access to the internet in your home

  • Have a Gmail email

  • Have a smartphone and use WhatsApp

  • Be able to research and Google answers

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and a sales background is a plus

  • Familiar with updating relevant spreadsheets and documents

  • Experience in residential real estate

  • Experience with cold contacting

  • We’ll train you if you do not have certain preferred skills!

A day on the job:

  • Assist our acquisitions team in sourcing beautiful homes

  • Communicate with senior management and any other relevant parties

  • Identify markets that fit our portfolio and key metrics (if you’re not familiar how you’ll learn on the job)

  • Respond to messages from the acquisitions team
