We are looking for an experience, Florida based SLED Regional Sales Director to join our team. **This is an Individual Contributor Sales Role!
What you will be doing:
As SLED Regional Seller or Account Executive at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our SLED sales team, collaborating to deliver the latest security and identity products.
You will be responsible for taking Semperis’ product capabilities and value to net new SLED (State & Local Government, K-12 and Higher Education) clients, connect our solutions to solve customer business needs, and help our partners and clients minimize the threat landscape. A successful candidate has the ability to build champions, have executive level contacts, work a campaign from start to finish and is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You must be extremely results driven, have a history of exceeding quota, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building relationships.
What you will bring to the table:
5+ years of SLED sales experience
10+ years of solution selling experience with significant experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products to corporate enterprises
Knowledge of SLED procurement processes
Hunter mentality focused on driving new logos
Track record on closing seven-figure transactions
History of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic selling skills
A highly consultative sales professional with superb communication and closing skills
Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
Experience and credibility selling at the CxO and senior sales business manager level
Ability to work remotely and able and willing to travel on short notice, up to 25% of the time
Established strong and continuous partner relationships
Technical acumen but with the ability to relate it with business value
Self-motivated and the high capacity to multitask
Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility and drive engagement
Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
Knowledge of MEDDPIC and Salesforce proficiency
