đź’Ľ The Role
As the Regional Manager, LATAM, you will lead the Latin America region across three key functions: Sales, Customer Success, and Support, contributing to the sales, implementation, and support of our SaaS platform across mining operations in Latin America.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients in the region, most notably during the onboarding phase, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth rollouts across complex operational environments. In particular you will manage a regional team consisting of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers (Implementation Specialists) and Support team members.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic oversight with tactical execution.
📋 What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end lifecycle for mining clients across LATAM – from sales kickoff through go-live and support
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of regional sales, customer success and support team members.
Ensure LATAM sales pipeline is supported to align with our long-term growth objectives
Manage multiple, concurrent SaaS deployments in large-scale mining environments with varying infrastructure and connectivity challenges.
Develop and maintain project plans, implementation playbooks, and risk management protocols adapted to mining site realities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning implementation scope and delivery with operational and business goals.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure configurations align with customer workflows and technical constraints.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and documentation to drive scalable, repeatable, high-quality deployments.
Monitor region KPIs (sales targets, time to value, adoption, project timelines, support SLAs) and report on regional performance to senior leadership.
Act as the point of escalation for critical issues or customer concerns.
✅ What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Mining, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience leading SaaS or Enterprise Software in Sales, Consulting, Implementations or Customer Success
Minimum 2 years in a regional or managerial role with team leadership responsibilities.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse geographies.
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Experience working in a global team environment and collaborating across time zones
Problem-solving mindset with a talent for finding creative solutions to customer challenges
Experience in the mining industry (essential)
Deep understanding of mining operations, workflows, and technology environments (highly desirable)
Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
Available for travel when required
