Regional Sales Director, Asia: Build Our Future in the World's Fastest-Growing Market

This is more than a sales leadership role. We’re looking for a visionary strategist to own our success across Asia. You will be the architect of our growth, building and executing the go-to-market strategy that defines our future in the region. Your Mission:

  • Own the Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market plan to dominate the Asian market.

  • Drive Explosive Growth: Smash ambitious revenue targets, expand our footprint into new markets, and rapidly grow our customer base.

  • Build a World-Class Team: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.

  • Be the Voice of Asia: Champion the needs of our customers and the dynamics of the market, directly influencing our global product roadmap.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven SaaS Leadership: A track record of scaling high-performing sales teams in a high-growth, multi-geo SaaS environment.

  • Deep Asia Expertise: You live and breathe the Asian markets, with a nuanced understanding of local cultures and business practices.

  • Strategic Mindset: You turn market intelligence into winning strategies and actionable sales plans.

  • Inspirational Leader: You attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and results.

  • Unflappable & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.

What you have...

  • Extensive years of senior leadership experience in sales, ideally leading multiple geo-based segments within a high-growth SaaS sales environment.

  • Experience within the travel sector is a significant plus but not essential.

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team to achieve significant revenue growth.

  • In-depth understanding of the Asia markets, and familiarity with local cultures and business environments.

  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to analyse and translate market intelligence data into actionable strategies and sales plans.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
