Job Description
We assisting our client in their recruiting efforts and looking for experienced Regional Sales Manager candidates who are self-motivated and results-driven Sales Professionals. The primary job function is to leverage multi-channel relationships to work with customers to maximize their use of the Video Management software and solutions, while driving revenue growth for both the channel partners.
We are targeting candidates that have an entrepreneurial spirit who have a history of exceeding revenue goals quarter over quarter, strong solution selling skills, and the understanding of complex, three-party sales cycles.
This position is assigned to the New England territory: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut. Qualified candidates will be located within this region in order to accommodate travel requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
• Work directly with customer along with channel partners to identify and manage opportunities and consistently close business to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
• Work with Regional Business Development team to identify and qualify video management software opportunities with targeted end user prospects
• Oversee direct and channel driven sales cycles from lead generation through conversion and close
• Provide solutions by identifying customer requirements and aligning product features and functionality to meet those needs
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales agreements in addition to channel discounts, and partnership structures with a variety of channel partners
• Collaborate cross functionally with colleagues from Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, Partner Support and Product Marketing to support activity throughout the sales process
• Create territory plans to identify end user and channel partner prospects and develop plans to optimize your territory opportunity
• Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about current offerings and trends in the Video Surveillance Software ecosystem
• Maintain customer data in Salesforce and leverage data to maintain accurate forecasting practices
Qualifications
3-5+ Experience in Channel Sales - Video software solutions
Vertical Market Exp Preferred: Retail / Cannabis / Healthcare / Commercial / Hospitality / SLED / Critical Infrastructure
