Job Description

About Megaport
We’re not your typical tech company – and we don’t want to be. Megaport is the global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), and has transformed the way businesses connect to the cloud, data centers, and each other. We’re publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and partnered with the biggest names in tech like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, and more. Headquartered in Brisbane with a crew of over 350 people spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, our employees enjoy an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and (actually) fun.

Our Team Culture
We’re a team of problem solvers, pixel pushers, code slingers, and cloud fanatics. Culture is more than a poster on the wall here – collaboration beats hierarchy, curiosity fuels our growth, and everyone’s voice matters. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We work across time zones to execute on our global vision, trust each other to get things done, and never compromise our values for commercial gain. Most importantly, we place our customers at the center of everything we do.

About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional enablement professional to join our team as a Revenue Enablement Specialist, playing a key role in empowering our teams with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to succeed. If you're passionate about learning, facilitating impactful sessions, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, you'll work closely with the sales team and cross-functional partners to build and execute enablement programs that improve productivity across the revenue org. You’ll support onboarding, product training, continued education, and the management of enablement tools—all while helping to shape Megaport’s learning experiences for team members at every level.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow their enablement career alongside experienced leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver End-to-End Programs: Support onboarding, certifications, and ongoing development through pre-work, live sessions, and post-training reinforcement.
  • Facilitate Trainings & Manage Content: Lead live and virtual sessions on tools, processes, and product knowledge. Create and maintain enablement materials like playbooks, guides, and videos, ensuring they’re current and accessible via our LMS/CMS system.
  • Own Enablement Platforms: Oversee documentation and upkeep of CMS and LMS systems, ensuring onboarding, everboarding, and global enablement sessions are catalogued and maintained.
  • Tool & Workflow Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Ops & sellers to deliver training on internal tool workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Seismic), and develop clear documentation and processes to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Channel teams to align messaging, support product readiness, and maintain actionable internal communications like the GTM Digest.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Leverage data insights and metrics to evaluate program impact, gather feedback, and iterate on programs to support ongoing learning and business alignment.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Help design and launch new learning programs, certifications, and external enablement efforts aligned to broader GTM goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience & Expertise: 2–4 years in Revenue Enablement with knowledge of B2B SaaS sales processes and tech; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Program Design & Facilitation: Proven ability to design, deliver, and facilitate onboarding and training programs—both live and virtual—that drive measurable outcomes and behavior change.
  • Content Creation & Documentation: Skilled in creating clear, actionable materials like playbooks, job aids, video demos, and eLearning modules, and simplifying complex workflows into digestible guides.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong coordination skills to manage timelines, track progress, and collaborate across multiple teams and initiatives.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enablement platforms like Seismic.
  • Mindset & Adaptability: Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and takes initiative even without perfect clarity.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working environment – a remote-first culture with coworking options available
  • Generous leave plans – including 4 weeks of paid annual leave, parental leave, birthday leave, and a purchased annual leave program
  • Health and wellness support – through a wellness allowance and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Comprehensive learning support – generous study and training allowance plus 5 days of paid study leave
  • Creative, modern workspaces – designed to inspire when you're not working remotely
  • Motivated, inclusive team – work alongside industry experts and fresh talent
  • Recognition programs – celebrate achievements with our Legend and Kudos awards
  • For U.S. employees – access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan
