We are looking for a SaaS Project Manager to join a U.S.-based tech company focused on B2B SaaS solutions. This role involves leading software implementations, coordinating with technical teams, and providing daily follow-up with corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute SaaS projects, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Daily follow-up with B2B clients and risk management to ensure milestone achievement.
Detect and manage scope creep.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful deliveries.
Functional understanding of software configuration (coding not required).
Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders (B2B client and CRO).
Ensure quality assurance and participate in hands-on testing when necessary.
Resolve conflicts and make data-driven decisions.
Propose improvements to optimize project execution.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of experience managing software or SaaS platform projects.
Experience planning and executing end-to-end projects, coordinating technical teams, and collaborating with B2B clients.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
Basic understanding of platform configuration (programming not required).
Fluent English and availability to work full-time in EST hours.
Previous experience in SaaS, BPO, or telecommunications is a plus.
