The Mission (What You’ll Do)
You will be the trusted guide who helps entrepreneurs, visionaries, and impact-driven leaders say “yes” to life-changing transformation. Your primary mission is to close warm, qualified leads into our high-ticket coaching programs through values-based, emotionally intelligent sales conversations.
You’ll connect deeply, challenge limiting beliefs, and lead prospects to decisive action — not through pressure, but through presence and purpose.
The Method (How You’ll Do It)
Serve, Don’t Sell: Use a consultative, heart-centered approach aligned with AlterCall’s values of integrity, commitment, and transformation.
Master the Conversation: Follow our proven framework while tailoring each call to the unique psychology and vision of the prospect.
Qualify with Precision: Identify true fit clients through a mix of intuition and structured qualification.
Embody the Brand: Show up with energy, excellence, and emotional intelligence. You are the brand’s front line and final guide.
Follow Through: Own your pipeline, CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and post-call summaries with excellence and attention to detail.
Collaborate: Provide feedback to marketing and coaching teams to improve lead quality, program resonance, and alignment.

30%+ Close Rate on qualified sales calls
$250k+ in Closed Revenue Per Quarter (OTE-based expectation)
<5 Minute Response Time for all assigned leads

Who You Are
Experienced Closer: You have 7+ years of success in high-ticket sales ($100k–$400k offers), ideally in coaching, transformation, or B2C premium services.
Empathetic Connector: You have a strong emotional intelligence, can hold space for big emotions, and genuinely care about client transformation.
Skilled Communicator: You’re exceptional in spoken and written communication, with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
