Opportunity Overview

The Sales Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and ongoing support to new and existing loan officers and processors on all company loan origination and marketing systems. This role designs and executes a structured one-week onboarding training agenda, creates a detailed 120-day new hire journey map, and acts as the go-to resource for system-related questions and troubleshooting—not as IT support, but as a subject matter expert for the business tools and workflows used by mortgage sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Hire Training & Onboarding

    • Develop and deliver a structured, interactive one-week training program for new loan officers and processors covering all loan origination and marketing systems.

    • Create and maintain a 120-day new hire journey map, outlining key milestones, learning objectives, and touchpoints to ensure a successful ramp-up and integration.

    • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome packets, training manuals, and system guides.

    • Facilitate introductions to key team members and coordinate shadowing opportunities with experienced staff.

  • Ongoing Systems Support

    • Serve as the primary resource for all system-related questions from loan officers and processors, including CRM, LOS, marketing portals, and related tools.

    • Troubleshoot user issues, provide workflow guidance, and offer best practices for maximizing system efficiency and compliance.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all system updates and enhancements; communicate changes and provide supplemental training as needed.

  • Training & Resource Development

    • Continuously update training content to reflect system changes, regulatory updates, and business process improvements.

    • Develop quick reference guides, video tutorials, and FAQs for common system tasks and challenges.

    • Gather feedback from users to identify training gaps and recommend solutions.

  • Sales and Marketing Enablement

    • Assist Marketing Manager to develop training plan for new hires and existing staff on marketing systems and tools, including lead management, campaign execution, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For
You bring:

  • Proven experience in mortgage operations, sales enablement, or training—preferably with loan origination and marketing systems.

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage workflows, compliance basics, and the day-to-day needs of loan officers and processors.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to design engaging training materials and facilitate both group and one-on-one sessions.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer service orientation.

  • Comfortable acting as a support desk for business systems (not IT troubleshooting).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Mountain or Central Time Zones preferred, but not required.
