Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The FI Sales Manager is responsible for a small team of employees along with holding their own quota responsibilities. The Sales Manager will drive employee performance, development and revenue achievement in conjunction with their own quota responsibility. Revenue generation will focus on both existing accounts and new business opportunities.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a strategic and sophisticated consultative process which engages clients regarding the promotion and marketing of Company products, services and solutions and capturing all revenue opportunities, expanding knowledge base of client business/objectives and requirements, building meaningful value-added relationships by:Building strong partnerships and sales strategies with clients through developing a deep understanding of their businesses and initiatives. Expert on product solutions and how they can provide value to the client’s operations. Engage other Vericast product sales experts to propose optimum customer solutions. Be considered a business partner by the customer; maintain and grow customer accounts by: Providing valued, comprehensive and strategic account management; Ensuring tactical and flawless implementation of products, services, and solutions; Researching, tailoring, and teaching commercial insights to clients; and Remaining point of contact to ensure client’s concerns are addressed 20%
- Manage and mentor sellers in their ability to develop strategic selling skills, product knowledge, customer acquisition and client retention. Provide the necessary feedback and resources to support success. Provide strategic insights and support for all Sales Employees. Ensure sellers are meeting and exceeding their revenue targets, performance goals and ability to exhibit the core competencies. Ensure an effective, collaborative and supportive relationship between product sellers. Evaluate employee knowledge and skill gaps to ensure they are receiving any training/upskilling needed. Address performance concerns in a timely and effective manner. Ensure all sales activity for employees is accurately and timely captured and updated in salesforce.com. Develop and mentor sales employees toward individual career goals 70%

Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required. (Required)
- Other Degree (Required)
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years 10+ years in a quota carrying sales role; demonstrated consistent over performance. (Required)
- 3 - 5 years 3+ years supervisory experience desired, or internal employee who has shown mentoring and leadership traits. (Required)
- No Experience Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines. (Required)
- 3 - 5 years 3+ years experience in the Financial Services Industry. (Preferred)
- No Experience oSelling through creating a compelling vision or story. Use of data and insights as a selling tool. Prospecting/new business development. Managing client relationships. Selling multiple/integrated product campaigns. Understanding of the clients market and strategic needs to align and recommend the ideal solution. (Required)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems.

Additional Information
Salary range: $126,000-$152,000
Position is eligible for a sales incentive/commission program
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
