Meter is at a pivotal moment. We're deploying our infrastructure across thousands of locations and millions of devices, and we have a unique opportunity to scale through our strategic partnership with Microsoft. This role will shape how we dramatically accelerate Meter’s growth and the value this partnership brings to Microsoft’s ecosystem.
You'll be joining our sales team during Meter’s most ambitious growth phase yet. Your mission will be to scale our sales efforts through the Microsoft ecosystem in North America and Europe. You will need to develop and implement a plan that allows us to work seamlessly alongside Azure sales teams, developing strategies that build awareness and align our approaches, and representing Meter at industry events where you'll speak to customers, partners, and Microsoft employees.
This role requires someone who can navigate complex technical sales while building lasting strategic partnerships. You'll need to structure partnership agreements, develop training programs, and create detailed operational plans that include engagement models, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies. Your ability to work in fast-changing environments will be essential as you optimize the relationship between sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams across both organizations.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of developing and retaining strategic partner relationships. You should have experience negotiating partnership agreements and creating enablement programs that work. The ability to sell technically complex products to technical buyers is crucial, as is the ability to succeed within ambiguous, quickly changing environments.

Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and to participate in Meter’s equity plan.
