This full-cycle role is perfect for a confident closer with strong consultative skills and a passion for helping entrepreneurs take the next step in their business journey. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and play a pivotal role on a small, agile, and high-performing sales team.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Manage the complete sales process—from inbound lead qualification to closing

  • Build and execute outbound strategies to generate new opportunities

  • Lead discovery calls and deliver tailored, value-based sales presentations

  • Guide franchise candidates and small business owners through informed decisions

  • Maintain a clean, well-documented pipeline using HubSpot (or similar CRM)

  • Partner with leadership to optimize messaging, positioning, and overall sales process

  • Surface customer objections and market insights to enhance strategy and execution

  • Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior reps and sharing best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years in full-cycle sales, ideally in B2C, healthcare, or service-based industries

  • Proven ability to close mid-to-high-ticket deals with decision-makers and business owners

  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills

  • Organized and disciplined pipeline management habits

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Bonus: Experience in franchise sales or working with operations-focused businesses

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely during EST business hours
