Overview:
Landbase’s new Senior Account Executive will be motivated and have an entrepreneurial mindset to spearhead our sales efforts and play a critical role in shaping the future of our AI-powered solutions. As one of the first members of the sales team you will have a unique opportunity to define sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, and directly impact the company’s growth trajectory. This is a career-defining role for someone passionate about cutting-edge technology, building from the ground up, and driving measurable results.
The role is primarily an outbound role where an ideal candidate will master the Landbase tool to engage potential prospects. As withwill begin to build their own brand in the space through social media
Key Responsibilities Include:
Prospect, engage, and close deals with SMB clients, showcasing the value of Landbase’s AI solutions.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with Landbase’s solutions.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in AI-powered technologies.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Landbase at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align efforts and deliver seamless client experiences
Provide strategic insights and suggestions to refine sales materials, pitches, and go-to-market strategies
The Ideal Candidate Is:
A hunter by nature and a quick learner who can experiment and iterate with ease
Experienced in lead generation through cold calling and managing inbound and outbound deals to close
Balanced in approach, able to manage both short-term quarterly targets and long-term team process development
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to pivot when required
Entrepreneurially minded: self-motivated, results-oriented, and excited to build/iterate on processes and strategies from scratch
An exceptional communicator in both verbal and written formats
Qualifications:
Industry Experience
4+ years of B2B Account Executive experience, specifically at sales/GTM data providers including:
ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tech-enabled data companies
MixRank and other data intelligence platforms also acceptable
Proven outbound BDR experience with demonstrated success in prospecting and pipeline generation
Direct experience selling data contracts with a track record of closing complex data deals
Core Competencies
SMB sales expertise with proven ability to sell into small and medium businesses
Outbound pipeline generation skills with extensive cold calling experience
Consultative sales approach and strong customer relationship management capabilities
Consistent quota achievement with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience
Startup or fast-paced environment experience highly desirable
Sales methodology expertise and advanced negotiation techniques
Sales enablement tools knowledge (Clay, Unify, etc.) is a bonus
