We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Systems Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across multiple business units. You will be a key partner to senior stakeholders, shaping the BI roadmap and delivering high-impact dashboards, reports, and data models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust BI solutions using Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI and data visualization projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and governance.
- Contribute to the development of BI best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Support data-driven culture across the organization by championing analytics and insights.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Power BI
- Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with Python, or other scripting languages
- Experience working with cloud data platforms and key components (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and using Atlassian Jira
