About the role
RubyLabs is seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements. This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimisation with a clear KPI of 15% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks.
Own end-to-end A/B testing process from ideation to implementation.
Monitor metrics and generate actionable insights to maximize KPIs.
Work closely with marketing, design teams and data analyst.
Implement and monitor test variations with attention to detail.
Maintain pixel-perfect design standards in all optimizations.
Stay up-to-date on CRO trends and implement innovative techniques.
Qualifications
At least 3+ years of CRO experience in subscription-based products.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
Strong UI/UX understanding and attention to detail.
Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Nice to have
Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Experience in marketing: attribution, UTM parameters, ROAS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights based on the data.
Strong spoken and written English.
Location
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
