About the role:

Flashbots is looking for Senior DevOps Engineers to augment our small teams. You will collaborate closely with our teams of scientists and engineers to support a product like Protect, Buildernet, SUAVE,or Rollup-Boost.

Due to working with confidential data, you may be subject to trading restriction policies.

What You’ll Do:

• Common DevOps tasks

  • Administrate Kubernetes clusters and deployments, servers, automation, and observability, always in IaC

  • Partner with Engineers and Product Owners to support their work

  • Create automation and tooling
    

Who You Are:

• Genuine desire to understand the blockchain and MEV problem space.

• Production experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, async, and remote environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Disposed to action, finding out, and showing; curiosity to get to the root of the problems.

• Kind, independently motivated, accountable, and reliable.

• By default leave things better than you found them.
