Job Description

Ironclad is the leading AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform, processing billions of contracts every year.

Every business is powered by contracts, but managing them can slow companies down and cost millions of dollars. Global innovators like L’Oréal, OpenAI, and Salesforce trust Ironclad to transform contracting into a strategic advantage - accelerating revenue, reducing risk, and driving efficiency. It’s the only platform that manages every type of contract workflow, whether a sales agreement, an HR agreement or a complex NDA.

We’re building the future of intelligent contracting and writing the narrative for how contracts unlock strategic growth. Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant have consistently recognized Ironclad as a leader in our category. We’ve also been named one of Fortune’s Great Places to Work six years running, featured on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work, and recognized by Forbes’ 50 Most Promising AI Companies.

We’re backed by leading investors like Accel, Sequoia, Y Combinator, and BOND. We’d love for you to join us!

This is a hybrid role based out of our London office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.

Implementation at Ironclad:

Join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful adoption of Ironclad's leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform by our largest and most strategic EMEA-based clients. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be the driving force behind complex, high-impact implementations. You'll collaborate closely with Ironclad Legal Engineers to architect and deploy our core product – automated contract workflows – that fundamentally transform how businesses manage contracts and operate across their organizations.

Implementation Managers are customer-centric, master influencers, and technologically fluent. They know how to bring the right people and resources together to ensure successful project delivery. Beyond impacting customers through exceptional project oversight, you are a strategic thinker who is passionate about improving processes and driving initiatives that enable our team's continuous growth and enhance the services we provide to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple projects at a time. This includes overseeing project deliverables and proactively identifying risks

  • Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact

  • Ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external

  • Build, maintain, and track project timelines in order to deliver on-time, in-scope, and under-budget deployments

  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal Engineers, Support, and Customers Success Managers to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience from kick-off to go-live

  • Contribute to our scale efforts by improving our project management and delivery operations processes and contributing to our best practices

  • Act as a senior team member within the EMEA Professional Services team, providing onboarding support, mentorship, and coaching to new team members as the team expands and scales across the region

  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight, while maintaining alignment with global goals

  • Demonstrate flexibility in wearing multiple hats as the team grows and regional needs evolve

  • Contribute to the growth of our partner ecosystem by enabling, supporting, and co-delivering with implementation partners in region

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant role in the SaaS industry

  • You can clearly articulate a typical SaaS implementation methodology and have experience in professional services delivery

  • Experience running complex technical projects, specifically including agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing, quality assurance and software release processes

  • You are a persuasive, results driven customer influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills

  • You’re an exceptional verbal and written communicator

  • You have strong escalation management skills and are comfortable navigating difficult conversations

  • You are able to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software

  • You are a team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. You are skilled at collaborating with diverse teams

  • You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision

  • You excel at managing complexity, staying highly organized, and keeping track of details without feeling overwhelmed

  • You have a bias towards action, and gravitate towards environments where you have outsized influence on the success of outcomes for customers and colleagues

  • Fluency in multiple languages and experience conducting business in those languages is strongly preferred

  • Position based in London with strong preference for in-office collaboration with the local team

Benefits:

  • Private Medical & Dental insurance, covered at 100% for you and dependents

  • Life assurance and Income Protection

  • Generous leave policies, including parental leave, medical leave and compassionate leave

  • Family-forming support through Maven for you and your partner

  • Monthly stipends for wellbeing, hybrid work, and (if applicable) phone use

  • One-time home office setup stipend

  • Standard pension contribution scheme

  • Regular team events to connect, recharge, and have fun

  • And most importantly: the opportunity to help build the company you want to work at

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
