This is a hybrid role based out of our London office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

Implementation at Ironclad:
Join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful adoption of Ironclad's leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform by our largest and most strategic EMEA-based clients. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be the driving force behind complex, high-impact implementations. You'll collaborate closely with Ironclad Legal Engineers to architect and deploy our core product – automated contract workflows – that fundamentally transform how businesses manage contracts and operate across their organizations.
Implementation Managers are customer-centric, master influencers, and technologically fluent. They know how to bring the right people and resources together to ensure successful project delivery. Beyond impacting customers through exceptional project oversight, you are a strategic thinker who is passionate about improving processes and driving initiatives that enable our team's continuous growth and enhance the services we provide to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing:
Manage a portfolio of multiple projects at a time. This includes overseeing project deliverables and proactively identifying risks
Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact
Ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external
Build, maintain, and track project timelines in order to deliver on-time, in-scope, and under-budget deployments
Collaborate with Sales, Legal Engineers, Support, and Customers Success Managers to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience from kick-off to go-live
Contribute to our scale efforts by improving our project management and delivery operations processes and contributing to our best practices
Act as a senior team member within the EMEA Professional Services team, providing onboarding support, mentorship, and coaching to new team members as the team expands and scales across the region
Operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight, while maintaining alignment with global goals
Demonstrate flexibility in wearing multiple hats as the team grows and regional needs evolve
Contribute to the growth of our partner ecosystem by enabling, supporting, and co-delivering with implementation partners in region
What we are looking for:
7+ years in a customer-facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant role in the SaaS industry
You can clearly articulate a typical SaaS implementation methodology and have experience in professional services delivery
Experience running complex technical projects, specifically including agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing, quality assurance and software release processes
You are a persuasive, results driven customer influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills
You’re an exceptional verbal and written communicator
You have strong escalation management skills and are comfortable navigating difficult conversations
You are able to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software
You are a team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. You are skilled at collaborating with diverse teams
You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision
You excel at managing complexity, staying highly organized, and keeping track of details without feeling overwhelmed
You have a bias towards action, and gravitate towards environments where you have outsized influence on the success of outcomes for customers and colleagues
Fluency in multiple languages and experience conducting business in those languages is strongly preferred
Position based in London with strong preference for in-office collaboration with the local team
