THE ROLE:
FloSports is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help lead and execute our end-to-end customer journey strategy—from acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is as comfortable building a lifecycle campaign in Iterable as they are presenting performance insights to senior leaders. You’ll collaborate across B2B, Product, Content, and Design teams to scale personalized lifecycle programs that drive subscriber growth, conversion, and loyalty.
In this role, you will help define strategy, mentor team members, and execute campaigns yourself. You’ll also play a key role in developing our B2B2C lifecycle strategy—turning leads from FloSports’ B2B properties into loyal B2C subscribers—and own reporting on our lead gen funnel, customer segmentation, growth, and other metrics.
We’re looking for someone with experience in streaming or subscription-focused businesses with multiple verticals or product lines. Experience building and optimizing customer journeys is a must, and technical knowledge of Iterable is highly preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering lifecycle campaigns that drive a growing and active subscriber base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the entire customer journey—from lead generation and onboarding to engagement, retention, and winback.
Build and optimize campaigns in Iterable, launching multi-channel journeys (email, push) with minimal technical support.
Collaborate cross-functionally with B2B, Product, Content, and Design teams to support product launches and ensure lifecycle journeys are fully aligned with brand and business goals.
Develop and scale B2B2C lifecycle strategies, driving conversion from leads generated by FloSports’ B2B offerings and partnership initiatives.
Drive segmentation and personalization efforts, leveraging customer behavior and subscription data to tailor messaging and offers.
Report on key metrics such as subscriber growth, engagement, LTV, and funnel conversion, using insights to continuously optimize programs.
Contribute to lifecycle planning and prioritization, aligning with Data and Engineering on requirements for campaign enablement and reporting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, or email marketing, ideally within a subscription or streaming business.
Experience working across multiple verticals, audiences, or product lines.
Strong hands-on skills in Iterable or similar ESPs; able to independently build, QA, and launch campaigns and automations.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation best practices.
Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to improve campaign results.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills—you’re a strong presenter and collaborator with a bias toward action.
MS/MBA in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
