About the role:

Hello Heart has a strong mission to make our users healthy and deliver an exceptional customer experience.  We have a new opportunity for a Senior Manager, Client Success Labor and Union within our Client Success team, with a specific focus on working with our clients in the Labor & Union (Taft-Hartley) sectors. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Hello Heart’s accounts with end-to-end ownership of the client lifecycle for our clients in the Labor & Unions side of our business, including adoption, client retention, and growth, and delivering on Hello Heart's value.
  • Own all aspects of client renewals
  • Develop relationships with client that provide insight into their goals and strategies. 
  • Well-versed in issue management and objection handling, including appropriate escalation and customer expectation management
  • Expand the user base continuously and grow revenues through user enrollment and engagement
  • Strong presentation skills - present to decision-makers and large audiences for client business reviews
  • Manage and drive key KPIs, including ARR, revenue, enrollment, and conversion numbers
  • Work collaboratively with Product Marketing and operations to track, analyze, and increase user engagement.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning, providing an important client and user voice, working with the product team on identifying the ideal user experience, and championing new product offerings with your clients.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working in customer success and strategic account management capacity, specifically dealing with Taft-Hartley, labor, and union client base.
  • Ability to develop strategic customer strategies to support customer growth and retention
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue goals and client satisfaction across a book of business.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, labor and union compliance, and employer benefit ecosystems
  • Digital healthcare background, serving governmental agencies or other unionized client bases
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapts and responds to change
  • Strong communication skills - a knack for simplifying and conveying complex information confidently and articulately while effectively communicating across various target audiences
  • Comfortable conducting product demonstrations, developing collateral and presentations virtually and in-person
  • Ability to quickly innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency using CRM, analytic,s and office automation tools with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
  • Manage mid-size and large accounts  in our labor and union portfolio
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
