About the Role

This is a mid-level, high-impact role for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of product marketing, customer marketing, content, advocacy, and community. You’ll own and scale our entire customer marketing function, building programs that deepen engagement, celebrate customer success, and drive expansion opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce stories at scale: Write and/or manage the creation of case studies, video testimonials, quote cards, and social proof for use across the funnel.

  • Own customer advocacy: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify and recruit customer champions. Build a steady drumbeat of testimonials, case studies, references, and review content (G2, TrustRadius, etc).

  • Drive customer communications: Lead nurture programs that keep customers informed, engaged, and excited about what’s new.

  • Run customer campaigns: Develop marketing plays to support upsell, cross-sell, and retention goals.

  • Fuel the sales engine: Enable the GTM team with proof points, customer stories, and strategic reference programs.

  • Build community & connection: Support customer events and meetups that turn customers into long-term brand advocates.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and product teams

  • A strong portfolio of customer-facing content—case studies, newsletters, success stories, or advocacy programs

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and content strategy skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

  • Experience with Salesforce, Figma, Webflow, Frame.io, Asana, or other marketing/sales tools a plus
