Job Description

As the Sr. Program Manager, Tech Operations, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Tech Operations and collaborate continuously with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical operational challenges.

You will :

  • Work on day-to-day tasks supporting management of MLRC (medical, legal, regulatory, compliance) and Veeva reviews for Tech-generated product and design assets

  • Operate in ambiguity to establish standard operating procedures and frameworks for organizational effectiveness

  • Manage other operational programs as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient execution 

  • Lead change initiatives through influence of stakeholders of varying seniority levels, incorporating change management best practices to ensure effective implementation and adoption

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in design operations, user experience design, product management, or project/program management. 

  • Skilled in project management tools (including Jira and Adobe Workfront).

  • Experience implementing cross-functional changes, including development and adoption of standardized operating procedures and artifacts

  • Ability to lead with influence and effectively collaborate with stakeholders of varying seniority levels

  • Ability to identify and solve for operational inefficiencies 

  • Proven organizational skills and time management

  • Experience managing processes for large scale, national companies

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to lead projects

  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working within technology organizations, with a solid understanding of SDLC product life cycle management and associated processes

  • Proficiency with Google Suite / Microsoft Office

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
