Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong technical background to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce software development, be proficient in Apex, Aura, and LWC, and possess a Platform Developer II certification. Strong communication skills and expertise in Salesforce Query and Search Language are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in two-week sprints for the Consumer Direct Lending Salesforce instance.

  • Collaborate with business systems analysts to assess story readiness before development.

  • Work closely with end-users and product owners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Analyze user stories to ensure complete and accurate requirements.

  • Write, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Aura, and LWC.

  • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production issues.

  • Continuously improve application performance and functionality.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing to ensure system reliability.

  • Be available for critical issue resolution outside normal business hours if needed (e.g., outages, bugs, deployment issues).

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Experience in Salesforce software development (minimum 5 years).

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required).

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Query and Search Language.

  • Hands-on expertise in Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
