We are looking for a Senior Engineer to be focused on customer needs and be ready to jump in on specific customer requests. You’ll be a part of a team that is working to make sure that the customer is delighted with the product and addresses some of the most critical aspects to enable customers to get the most out of the product. As a Senior Engineer on this team you will be working in multiple different product areas to expand or enhance feature sets to address these customer needs. You should be able to move between areas of the code to have an impact and be able to determine the right level of scope to address these customer needs. What you’ll do:
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write high performance, scalable, and secure APIs
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation
Work with analysts to improve software
What you’ll bring:
6+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role
Experience developing desktop and mobile web applications
Familiarity with common tech stacks
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Remix)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Express, NestJS)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Nginx, Apache) and UI/UX design
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail
Organizational skills
An analytical mind
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $174,500 - $215,600
Tier 2: $157,100 - $194,000
Tier 3: $139,600 - $172,500
