Job Description
In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles, including RNs, Case Managers, Medical Assistants, Quality, Claims, and more. Your expertise in healthcare recruiting, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making will be key to your success.
- Quickly learning the business and People operations of Guidehealth and leveraging your knowledge to creatively source growth mindset and high-potential talent to support the scaling of our business model.
- Owning full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles and levels using your experience and knowledge in recruiting for technology, clinical, customer interface, and managerial positions, from creating a talent pipeline and multi-channel sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Using automated processes and AI, predictive analytics, and other tools, you will be leveraging your knowledge, skills, and abilities, including your strong technical skills, to recruit for key positions
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and observation of human behavior, and consistently assessing and sharing your qualitative and quantitative insights from your work with the team.
- Reporting on your work and measures of success is a key element of this role.
- Relying on your solid knowledge of employment law in the full cycle Talent Acquisition process context, educating managers in best practices on staffing and interviewing.
- Seeking, providing, and giving feedback in a 360-degree feedback environment; we are a growth company, and feedback sharing is essential to our growth.
- Supporting the People Team as needed in other areas of employee life-cycle work as we grow the organization, engaging in team discussions and development.
- Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and Clinical Leaders to understand team needs, the evolution of the business, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Demonstrating creative and investigative sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking, based on your knowledge of our sector and business model in a competitive landscape
- Crafting compelling, inclusive job postings that reflect our culture and values, leveraging AI with expertise and precision.
- Determining appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Utilizing structured interviews, behavior-based questions, assessment tools, and predictive analytics to evaluate candidates consistently and equitably.
- Maintaining a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience that reflects empathy, clarity, and professionalism at every step.
- Escalating concerns or challenge areas for timely resolution.
- Contributing to employer branding efforts, tracking internal referral programs, and hiring manager training.
- Collaborating across the People Operations Team and other internal teams to support a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. Responsibilities extend to ensuring low regrettable early turnover.
- Defining, refining, executing, and communicating search strategies and planning within the TA team.
- Acting as an expert in assigned regions, lines of business, functions, and technologies.
- Analyzing industry, product, and geographical trends in talent.
- Promoting the company culture to candidates and external service providers, ensuring alignment with our mission and company values.
- Conducting complex, important work, demonstrating aptitude for independent judgment and decision making.
- Tracking, analyzing, and leveraging talent acquisition analytics to identify workflow and process improvement opportunities.
- Proactively escalating risks, bottlenecks, or candidate experience concerns for timely resolution
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with specific expertise recruiting for clinical roles within a healthcare technology environment.
- Proven success managing high-volume requisitions and closing difficult-to-fill roles.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare job market trends, licensure requirements, and clinical role nuances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, with expertise in a variety of tools including ATS, assessment platforms, and background check systems.
- Strong sourcing skills across a variety of approaches.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment.
- Deep understanding of behavior-based interview techniques focused on values and company fit.
- Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes through people-first strategies
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE
- Experience with Smartrecruiters applicant tracking system
- Experience with Predictive Index assessment platform, or other similar behavioral assessment tools
Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00

COMPENSATION:
The listed compensation range listed is paid bi-weekly per our standard payroll practices. Final base pay decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.

REMOTE WORK TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Guidehealth is a fully remote company. We provide new employees with the necessary equipment to function in their role at no charge to the employee. Employees provide their own internet connection, capable of conducting video calls on camera and connecting to various internal and external systems. The required internet speed is a minimum of 50 mbps download, 10 mbps upload. Please consult with your internet provider or run a speed test here to confirm your internet connection meets these requirements.
