ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Merchandising Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in executing the day-to-day operations of our Freestyle business. You will be responsible for bringing our merchandising strategies to life on-site, managing promotional setups, analyzing performance, and ensuring a compelling and seamless customer experience. This is a foundational role perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, data, and fashion, and is eager to make an impact on a fast-growing business.
- This role will be responsible for supporting the $180M Freestyle businesses, supporting ongoing business performance and in-depth analysis, proactively identifying business opportunities, and synthesizing findings to influence our site merchandising and merchandising leadership team.

- Participate in the pre-season alignment of our content calendar in partnership with our merchandising and marketing teams.
- Responsible for the execution of pushing our content calendar live, managing workflows with creative and marketing teams to build and gather the right assets (i.e. write creative briefs), and curation of client-facing categories on site.

Site Operations & Curation Management
- Execute the setup and quality assurance (QA) of on-site categories and promotional shops, ensuring they are visually compelling and error-free.
- Manage the monthly content and curation calendar for key categories, ensuring the product is fresh, relevant, and supports our marketing stories.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day site issues related to product categorization, filtering, and presentation.
- Manage recurring workflows and ensure timely updates to the site.
In-Season Analysis & Reporting
- Pull and analyze weekly performance data for the Freestyle business, identifying trends in sales, engagement, and customer behavior.
- Contribute to weekly business meetings by providing data-driven insights to support in-season pivots and decision-making.
Promotions & CRM Support
- Support the end-to-end launch of promotional events, including setup, QA, and performance monitoring.
- Partner with the CRM team by performing inventory checks and providing style-level data to ensure our marketing campaigns feature available and relevant products.
- Assist in executing push notification campaigns by providing product and category inputs that align with business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with buying partners to understand key product strategies and ensure they are effectively represented on the site.
- Partner with the creative team by assisting with creative briefs and participating in reviews to ensure marketing assets are aligned with merchandise strategy.
- Act as a key support partner to the Site Merchandising Manager, helping to build strategy documents and presentations.

- You have 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, site merchandising, merchandise buying/planning, or a related analytical field.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- You are proficient in Excel ( required) – SQL and Looker experience a plus!
- You have exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for quality and accuracy.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proactive, have a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
- You have a genuine interest in fashion, retail, and the online customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for an annual cash award depending on employee and company performance.
