They work with businesses of all sizes, especially those new to video advertising, to create and manage powerful campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule original, on-brand content for multiple social platforms
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Analyze performance data and suggest optimizations
Stay up to date with trends and incorporate them creatively into the brand’s content
Collaborate with designers and the BMM to maintain consistent tone and visuals
Must-haves
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
Experience with community engagement
Excellent written communication and copywriting in English
Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and tools (e.g., Reels, Threads, etc.)
Analytical thinking and comfort with metrics (Monitors social media metrics, analyzes campaign performance, and adjusts strategies based on data-driven insights.)
Proactive communication and collaboration
Nice-to-haves
Experience with influencer marketing or UGC
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana)
