🎯 What is the Clinic

You. Better. With Alan.

The Clinic represents a key pillar of Alan members' in-app experience, with a mission to deliver simple, cost-efficient, and personalised access to care.

Through chat, video consultations, and specialised programs, we connect over 150 health professionals (GPs, Psychologists, Physiotherapists…) with members across France, Belgium, and Spain, thanks to a passionate cross-functional team in Product, Operations, and Medical.

🎯 Direct Impact: 50% of members who planned to see a generalist practitioner declared not needing to after a chat at the Clinic

⚡️ Seamless Experience: We facilitate over 100,000 monthly messages and 2,000 video consultations using medical continuity tools, all secured with end-to-end encryption.
