Overview:
We’re hiring a Sourcer to help scale engineering teams by identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent. This role is focused on top-of-funnel recruiting for engineering positions and requires availability during Pacific Time Zone working hours.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and engineering hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source high-quality engineering candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms
Create and test outreach strategies to improve candidate response rates
Build and maintain a pipeline of technical talent across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data roles
Conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit and interest
Track sourcing activity and candidate progress in the ATS
Share sourcing insights and market data with the team
Requirements:
2+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles, ideally in a high-growth environment
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Strong understanding of engineering functions and technical skill sets
Familiarity with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be available to work core hours in the Pacific Time Zone
