Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across various roles, helping build a strong pipeline for our hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys research, and loves connecting with people.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and other platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
Screen inbound applicants and assess qualifications
Manage and update candidate records in our ATS
Reach out to passive candidates and maintain consistent follow-up
Track sourcing metrics and provide reporting on pipeline status
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting support
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, etc.)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working across multiple requisitions and priorities
Ability to adapt quickly and stay focused in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
Experience working in a high-growth tech or startup environment
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
Location: Remote PST Hours
