Role
We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to take the lead on high-impact product experiences that transform how clinical reviewers, physicians, and health system teams interact with patient data. You’ll be designing interfaces that make hospital records navigable, answerable, and summarizable using AI-driven intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly from insight to impact someone who thrives in complex systems, has an eye for data clarity, and brings strong product instincts to the table.
You’ll work closely with PMs, engineers, and physicians in a pod-based team structure, while staying connected to a centralized design critique and design systems practice. Your work will touch both horizontal, reusable product components and new clinical workflows that directly influence revenue, care quality, and reviewer productivity. This is a high-ownership role with autonomy to define, design, and execute.
SmarterDx builds clinical AI that empowers hospitals to analyze the complete record of every patient to fully capture the value of care delivered. Founded by physicians in 2020, its proprietary AI platform understands the nuances of clinical reasoning, enabling hospitals to true the patient record for every discharge. By doing so, hospitals can recover millions in earned revenue, enhance care quality metrics, and optimize healthcare operations. Become a Smartian and help optimize the way the healthcare system works for everyone. Learn more at smarterdx.com/careers.
