Job Description

Remote in the US

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to help drive the next phase of growth for Truepic Vision, our industry-leading image authentication SaaS platform. As our Staff Product Manager you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering solutions to a variety of customers in the Insurance, Automotive, and Financial Services spaces (just to name a few) - helping their businesses collect authentic documentation, and verify what’s real in a rapidly shifting world where seeing isn’t always believing.

This role is collaborative across our entire company, with a lot of opportunity to impact the business and improve the lives of our customers in a meaningful way. You’ll lead product development across both our business-facing web dashboard and consumer-facing mobile experiences, working closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. As a fully remote organization, strong communication, a bias for action, and the ability to self-direct are crucial for success at Truepic. If you have deep product management experience, love the pace and level of ownership of an early-stage startup, and have a passion for connecting the big-picture vision with daily execution, then we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research including market research, user interviews, and analysis of product and user interaction data
  • Translate company strategy and customer feedback into a product roadmap, and produce clear, actionable project plans
  • Own and lead end-to-end execution, from discovery to launch to iteration, on features that drive value for both users and the business
  • Define, measure, and analyze key success metrics for the features you own, and for the product overall
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to shape intuitive, high quality, and trustworthy solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and security to ensure we’re solving the right problems the right way
  • Continually help level up the team by developing lightweight processes and operating norms that help team scale while staying nimble and productive
  • Maintain strong, proactive lines of communication across the business (up, down, and sideways) to drive alignment

Experience and Capabilities:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning critical features or platforms at a growth stage startup (Series A–C preferred)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-platform products (e.g., mobile apps, web dashboards, and API integrations) and ensuring consistency, performance, and usability across them
  • You’re a natural leader with a track record of growth oriented product innovation
  • You are a deeply curious learner who wants to understand problems, empathize with customers, and collaborate on optimal solutions
  • You’ve successfully operated across the product lifecycle from customer discovery and market validation to feature delivery and iteration
  • You like working closely with engineers, and have the ability to write detailed product requirements, manage tradeoffs, and facilitate prioritization in technical discussions
  • You see the big picture and think outside the box to drive transformation
  • You can translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for a variety of internal and external audiences
  • You thrive with a lot of white space and can identify the most urgent, impactful areas to invest your time
  • You’re exceptional at communicating, especially in the remote environment, and have tried-and-true tactics to keep teams aligned an on track
  • Experience with B2B2C products, where internal users and end users may differ is a plus
  • Experience working on products and technologies that involve security, privacy, or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, or regulated industries) is a strong plus
