Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary with a £600 a month car allowance.
Are you a skilled relationship manager with experience in Group Protection, Individual Protection, Private Medical, or DC Pensions? Join a FTSE 100 company where your expertise will help shape the future of our Strategic Partnerships team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values autonomy, and is passionate about delivering market-leading propositions.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with intermediary contacts and key clients
- Managing accounts to meet targets for new business and retention
- Demonstrating expertise in our products and propositions to increase market share
- Delivering engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
- Collaborating with internal teams to align business plans and service expectations
- Providing regular feedback on competitor pricing and market trends
- Supporting clients in understanding their policies and navigating changes or claims
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
