About The Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Development Representative (SDR) to join us in our SoHo office. As the earliest member of the outbound team, you’ll serve as the engine behind Posh’s top-of-funnel growth.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects, optimizing outbound campaigns with AI personalization, and laying the foundation for a scalable go-to-market (GTM) motion.
What You’ll Learn & Achieve
Pipeline Generation
Drive daily manual and tool-assisted outbound prospecting across email, phone, social, and community platforms
Identify and engage community builders, influencers, and organizers aligned with Posh’s mission
Book high-quality discovery meetings to fuel our top-of-funnel engine
GTM Campaign Strategy
Work cross-functionally with Partnerships & Community teams to align on outreach strategy
Launch and iterate AI-personalized outbound campaigns using A/B testing and analysis
Systematize learnings into a repeatable, scalable outbound playbook
Skills and Experience You’ll Need
1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, growth, or campaign management
Strong analytical instincts—you see outreach as a system to optimize
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build from the ground up
Clear communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Eager to experiment with new tools, especially AI, to drive innovation
Nice to Haves
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Familiarity with lead generation & enrichment tools like Clay, or ZoomInfo
Background in live events, community-building, or entertainment
Experience in high-growth startups or early-stage GTM teams
