About The Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Development Representative (SDR) to join us in our SoHo office. As the earliest member of the outbound team, you’ll serve as the engine behind Posh’s top-of-funnel growth.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects, optimizing outbound campaigns with AI personalization, and laying the foundation for a scalable go-to-market (GTM) motion.

What You’ll Learn & Achieve

Pipeline Generation

  • Drive daily manual and tool-assisted outbound prospecting across email, phone, social, and community platforms

  • Identify and engage community builders, influencers, and organizers aligned with Posh’s mission

  • Book high-quality discovery meetings to fuel our top-of-funnel engine

GTM Campaign Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships & Community teams to align on outreach strategy

  • Launch and iterate AI-personalized outbound campaigns using A/B testing and analysis

  • Systematize learnings into a repeatable, scalable outbound playbook

Skills and Experience You’ll Need

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, growth, or campaign management

  • Strong analytical instincts—you see outreach as a system to optimize

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build from the ground up

  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

  • Eager to experiment with new tools, especially AI, to drive innovation

Nice to Haves

  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with lead generation & enrichment tools like Clay, or ZoomInfo

  • Background in live events, community-building, or entertainment

  • Experience in high-growth startups or early-stage GTM teams
