Ready to help solve the loneliness epidemic? Join Plots, the event discovery and social networking app that's connecting people IRL and bringing authentic in-person experiences back to Gen Z. We're looking for a creative, energetic marketing intern to help us grow our community of event hosts and attendees across Los Angeles.
This internship will be 8 weeks long, beginning in Bel Air and the remaining time will be working out of our office in Santa Monica.
What you'll do:
• Create engaging social media content for Instagram & TikTok+Content calendar
• Support influencer outreach and partnership campaigns
• Help execute and ideate unique marketing and growth strategies
• Assist with event marketing and community building initiatives
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
What we're looking for:
• Currently enrolled student with a passion for social media and digital marketing
• Creative mindset with strong writing and content creation skills
• Understanding of Gen Z culture and social media trends
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms (personal or professional)
• Interest in events, nightlife, community building, social platforms or tech is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is able to self manage
