About the Role:

Leads the development and execution of integrated talent strategies that promote organizational excellence and cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with Pathward’s values. Partners closely with People Business Partners (PBP) and senior leaders to deliver impactful initiatives across change management, performance optimization, leadership development, critical role identification and succession planning.

What You Will Do:

  • Partners with P&C Leadership to design and implement talent management initiatives that drive organizational development (e.g., critical role identification, succession planning, and talent assessment).
  • Collaborates with People Business Partners (PBP) and leaders on talent effectiveness strategies and initiatives.
  • Designs, implements, and continuously refines change and talent management program frameworks, standardized toolkits, and strategic communication plans to drive alignment, scalability, and consistent program execution across stakeholders.
  • Champions the people side of transformation by leading change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives, including organizational restructures, technology rollouts, and cultural evolution.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with the Business Transformation Office to ensure alignment between enterprise change strategies and people-centric implementation plans.
  • Designs and implements a scalable change management curriculum to build internal capability and embed change leadership competencies across all organizational levels.
  • Partners with Learning & Development to co-create and deliver engaging, scalable training programs that accelerate change adoption and prepare leaders to guide teams through transformation.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive change management plans, encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training delivery, and resistance mitigation to ensure successful adoption and sustained outcomes.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners (PBPs) and senior business leaders, providing strategic guidance on talent strategies and organizational change initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Leverages AI to track and report on change adoption, readiness, and impact metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Champions automation and technology improvements for scalable, data-driven P&C processes that work harmoniously with our organization.
  • Collaborates with L&D to ensure change and talent programs are inclusive, future-focused, and aligned with organizational values.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Talent Management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HCI) are a plus.
  • Typically, 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in core areas such as People Analytics, Program Management, HR Tech; Consulting background.
  • Sound knowledge of HR as a discipline including full cycle Talent Management.
  • Strong experience partnering with PBPS and business leaders to drive execution and adoption.
  • Experience in curriculum design for change management and training delivery.
  • Exceptional Program Management and Project Management skills with a proven track record leading cross-functional HR initiatives at scale.
  • Proficiency with modern HR tech stacks (e.g., HRIS, performance tools).

Salary range: $86,259.86 – $159,308.33

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
