Title: Technical Sourcer
Overview:
We’re looking for a contract Technical Sourcer to support our recruiting team in identifying and engaging top-tier engineering and technical talent. This role is contract-based and requires working PST hours. You’ll be instrumental in building strong pipelines and driving top-of-funnel recruiting efforts for technical roles across the company.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs for engineering, data, and product roles
Source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other online communities
Craft personalized outreach messages that drive high response rates
Maintain organized pipelines and track progress in the applicant tracking system
Conduct initial screens to evaluate technical skills and interest
Deliver a consistent flow of qualified candidates while maintaining a strong focus on quality
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate feedback
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting for engineering roles
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and Product Managers
Excellent communication and time management skills
Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever)
Must be available to work core PST hours
Details:
Contract position (20–40 hours/week depending on availability)
Remote, but must align with Pacific Time Zone working hours
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
